Once you have requested your electronic signature certificate through the JCC Trust Portal application process, the documents required for each type of certificate are as follows:
Certificate of electronic signature for a natural person:
- Natural Person application form issued by the JCC Trust Portal
- Natural Person ID or passport
Certificate of electronic signature for a natural person associated with a Legal Entity Person:
- Application form of a Natural Person associated with a Legal Entity which issued by the JCC Trust Portal
- Identity or passport of the Natural Person Identity or passport of the Legal Representative
- Recent authorization of a representative, within 3 months from the Board of Directors to represent the Legal Entity
- VAT Certificate showing the VAT number, in case the applicant wants the certificate to include the VAT number and not the registration number of the company.
